Terms and Conditions
If you are reserving a table of 20 people or more at Fire and Stone Restaurant we will request credit or debit card details at the time of booking. No money is charged to the card, unless we receive less than 48 hours notice (7 days if your reservation is for December) of either any reduction of numbers or cancellation. In such circumstances our cancellation policy of £15 per person (£25 if your reservation is for December) will be applied. Card details are required for bookings 20 or more for all Fire and Stone websites.
For groups of over 12 people you will be requested to dine on a Party Menu (not a la carte). Please see the party menu pages for menus and to book. For larger groups please note that whilst we will do our best to seat your party on one table this may not always be possible. Your party, however, will be seated together in the same area of the restaurant.
Please note that CG Restaurants privilege cards can only be used when dining a la carte for groups of up to 12 people and cannot be used in conjunction with the party menus or with any other offers.
We pay at least the national minimum wage to all of our employees. Service charge is paid in addition to the national minimum wage and 100% of the service charge is distributed amongst the entire team.
